The very latest test pass rates that have just been released by the DVSA (DRT0101) show that the Part 2 is 60% pass and Part 3 is 35% pass.
There are lots of reasons why they remain stubbornly low and would be a very good subject for a live video cam. No sales from BIG TOM, no marketing, pure and simple free chat.
